One room for rent by UIC and Columbia. It's the living room, and missing a 4th wall, but covered with curtains from top to bottom for complete privacy. It's a 2 bedroom apartment and 2 bathroom apartment very clean, and very safe neighborhood. Great location with lots of restaurants and very close to University of Illinois at Chicago and Columbia College. Lots of bus stops to get anywhere and everywhere and 15 minutes from downtown Chicago. Rent is $365 a month with a $425 security deposit and lease ends at July but is renewable. There are lots of restaurants by Taylor street, and is also walking distance to UIC campus so perfect for students. Columbia and Depaul are only a few miles away as well. 15 minutes from downtown so perfect for anyone commuting for a job. It's a very safe area with UIC campus police always on alert and stops all around the apartment for buses and CTA lines to take you to downtown or stores.
